Problema de visualización de contenido

Hola tengo una GoPro HERO+ LCD, tengo también la aplicación para celulares.

Hace unos días tome una serie de fotos mientras buceaba Desde el LCD de la camara puedo visualizar las fotos correctamente, tanto las que tome mientras buceaba como las de fechas anteriores y posteriores (es decir el contenido completo).

El problema es que desde la aplicación solo me muestra el contenido multimedio previo y posterior a la serie de fotos que tome durante el buceo. Solo esa serie de imagenes no se pueden visualizar.

Intente conectar la cámara mediante cable a un PC y también extraje la SD y la conecté directamente al PC y lo mismo, se ve todo el contenido anterior y posterior pero no la serie de imagenes que tomé mientras buceaba, mientras que desde el visualizador de la pantalla LCD se ven los archivos correctamente.

To clarify, are you only able to view the files on the camera?

While it is not normal for files to go suddenly missing, there's a chance the the files were corrupted.

 

We do not have any preferred methods of data recovery as this may vary from SD card manufacturers of the preferred methods for recovering your data. However, you may be able to perform a Google search to find various data recovery options to recover the footage that had been lost. Yet, please do your research on whichever data recovery software is best for you as it may require activation of the software and there may be varying costs.
It is also best not to record any new photos and or videos with the card that had been used. This will overwrite the  files that may have been on there to where it would not be possible to recover. 
I do recommend to reach out to the SD card manufacturer to further troubleshoot the SD card.
