Problema con la pantalla [ New ]

Compre mi Go Pro Hero 7 Black hace 18 días atrás y la empeze a usar sin carcaza a una profundidad menor de lo que ofrece la compañía y luego de una semana, la pantalla se apagó y la cámara enciende normal pero la pantalla se queda en negro. Alguien tiene el mismo problema?

So long as all camera doors are closed, the HERO7 Black is waterproof down to 10m (33ft) without a housing. 
While water damage is usually not covered by the warranty, let our Support Team take a look at what happened.
