Problema con GoPro hero 6

Hola, tengo aproximadamente 1 año con mi cámara pero tiene muy poco uso, desde que la compré la cámara se calienta mucho y por momentos se queda freezeada y para seguirla usando hay que sacarle la batería pues no apaga ni avanza

@mperera, sorry to hear about the trouble. Is your camera updated to its latest version? Reinstalling the firmware update can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229

Additionally, make sure that the camera is updated to the latest firmware and a recommended SD card https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/SD-Cards-that-Work-with-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394308 is used. Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause issues like freezing as the card isn't fast enough to write the content, the camera getting hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card.

If that is the issue you have then why not getto a rep at gopro to have warrantied?  Why?
