Problema GoPro Hero 7 Black [ New ]

Boa Tarde, 

adquiri a minha gopro em outubro do ano de 2019 da Amazon Brasil. Ela agora esta apresentando problemas. Primeiro, ela vem travando a tela e a camera em si, só retornando quando a bateria é retirada. Segundo, muitas vezes eu estou no modo foto e ela altera sozinha para o modo configuração. Gostaria de saber como proceder com a garantia e concerto ou troca da camera.
