Problema GOPRO HERO 5

Buongiorno, ho comprato la GOPRO Hero 5 da meno di un mese, è mi stà dando un sacco di problemi nonostante sia aggiornata alla versione 2.60. I problemi sono:
- Vado per registrare e lo schermo diventa nero e devo premere per 10 secondi
- Scatto foto o registro video e nell'anteprima mi da errore di visualizzazione.
- utilizzo la gopro e ogni tanto clicco per accenderla e mi scatta 10 foto senza che io gli do il consenso.
Cosa devo fare?
Good morning, I bought the GOPRO Hero 5 for less than a month, it's giving me a lot of problems despite being updated to version 2.60. The problems are:
- I'm going to record and the screen goes black and I have to press for 10 seconds
- I take a photo or video log and in the preview I get a display error.
- I use the gopro and sometimes I click to turn it on and I take 10 photos without my consent.
What should I do?

These are unexpected behaviors of the camera. How did you update the camera? If you have not done it through manual update, please try doing it. You can follow this link for guide.
Also make sure that the SD card that you are using are among the recommended ones.

Also make sure that the SD card that you are using are among the recommended ones.

Ho aggiornato manualmente la fotocamera.
Riguardo la scheda SD ho comprato una Samsung 128GB EVO Plus ti allego il link sotto :

Non so più cosa fare, ora la voglio riprovare per il mio prossimo viaggio. Dopo di che essendo in garanzia contatto l'assistenza e gli è la spedisco indietro.

I manually updated the camera.

I do not know what to do anymore, now I want to try again for my next trip. After which the warranty is in contact and I send it back.
