We bought an GoPro7 black from store in Spain and camera lcd does not work, it captures an image and video, but the screen does not work, it does not display any image on LCD.
It's on backlight of screen and touch screen work but can't see anything on the screen!
We are now back in Croatia and can't go in Spain to store, so can we deal it with you, official GoPro? Can we and where exchange the camera for a new one ?

New one, I got bill and everything.
Everything work... when I scroll with finger it accept gestures, when i click foto or video, gopro record and I can use memory card for transfer photo and video, but nothing can't see on back lcd

Please ensure that the SD card is not inserted between the SD card slot and the battery as this can put pressure on the back of the touch display.
If it's not the case, a manual update is the next step. Please refer to https://gopro.com/update/
