Problem with hdmi output (bad frame rate)

Hi!

I have a hero 4 black Camera. And i want to use it for live streaming but sadly if i set the hdmi output to 1080p50 i only get 1080p25. And whatever i do, it can not output in the good resolution and frame rate. If it possible, i dont want to spend any money solving this problem.
