I have a problem with my camera - it seems not to be able to produce 60 FPS. I get only 30 frames per second.
When I slow down the video and take only 1 second of it - it is really visible that the screen is changing only 30 times.
Every other frame where there must be really a change it just gets blurred/lightning changes a bit differently.
I have one of the recommended SD Cards SanDisk Extreme 64GB (XC1 U3).
Have the latest firmware on the camera HD3.21.02.00.
Using PC MS Windows 8.1 64bit, RAM 8 GB, CPU Intel i7 920 @2.67 GHz.
Can it really be a hardware bug of the camera?
I tried attaching a sample file in the attachment but this portal didn't allow me to attach an mp4 file.
It is visible in the file properties - it says 60 (59) FPS.

Check that your auto low light is not on. When auto low light is on the camera will switch from 60fps to 30fps as it sees necessary. Turning this off will keep your footage at 60fps.

I can see that Auto Low Light is mentioned in the user manual http://cbcdn2.gp-static.com/uploads/product_manual/file/536/UM_HEROPlusLCD_ENG_REVB_WEB.pdf
But there is no way to turn it off. Is it intended to be that way?
