Problem of import 4k video to desktop Quik

Dear GoPro,

 

I have problem to import 4k video to Quik (Desktop). Please assist me with the problem thanks!

 

Computer Status:

CPU: i5-8250

Ram: 8GB

No display card

Window 10

 

Once i connected GoPro 7 Black to my laptop, all picture or 1080 video were imported just only 4K video had not been imported. Please let me know if something i miss or setting problem or my computer problem.

Did you use the Quik desktop app to import the media?
Have you checked through Windows Explorer to verify that the media did not import (Quik might not be displaying the files).
Do you have a USB/SD adapter that you can use? If so, insert the card using the adapter and with Windows Explorer, check to see if the .mp4 files are on the card. If they are, you can copy and paste them over to your computer this way.
