Problem einschalten selbstständig

sehr geehrtes Team, ich habe die Go pro 7 Black seit neustem schaltet diese sich selbständig ein und wieder aus....

da wir jetzt im Urlaub sind in Frankreich und ich die deutsche Hotline nicht erreichen kann....frage ich hier nach einer lösung

Die Software ist auf 1.80 aktuellem Stand

Hello @royalwave28837. If you haven't done the update manually, please do so. This ensures that any possible error associated with the current installation will be cleared out. You will need access to a computer and an SD card adapter in order to perform the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera.
  2. Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
  3. Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
  4. Click "Download Update."
  5. Click "Click here to download firmware."
  6. Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.

 

As you are on vacation and may not have access to a computer, make sure to remove the battery from the camera if not to be used for an extended period of time. When turning off the camera, make sure you press and hold the side (Mode) button to make sure that the camera is completely off. 

 

To eliminate any other factor that might lead to the problem, please ensure that you are using a recommended SD card. Feel free to post back for any other questions or concerns. Best regards!
