I'm having a problem adding a second hand device to my gopro account:
I go to: https://gopro.com/account/devices
Chose the option: Hero3+ Silver
Enter the Serial number: H3B+B00000D0000 (example)
and receive this error message: Device has been added previously.
I understand that the device was added by the first owner, but we live in a rotating economy, the guy wo sold me this camera, did it because he wanted to buy the Hero 5.
Why shouldn't the device be transferred from his account to mine, now that I own it?

The support team couldn't help me, they gived me several standard reply's:
- told me that the problem was the browser, to try a new one;
- told me that they where having general problems in adding new devices;
- at the end they told me that they will open a support case number;
But It still doesn't work, I can't add my second hand device, I continue to receive the message: "Device has been added previously."

I was able to verify and there seems to be an issue with adding specific models including HERO3+ cameras under a GoPro account at this time, but the team is working on a resolution already. Please continue to check with Support as they will be updating you when the issue is resolved. Since a case has already been created for your concern, you can keep the case number as reference.
