Problem With Payment Page.

Trying to pay for a gopro + accessories but kept getting an error on my payment info.

 

Ive double check it to be correct.

Because their payment page links to a Netherlands payment processing system a lot of cards providers flag this as potential fraud and block it, ring up you car provider and they will let the transaction through.

I have been having the same issue, when I call my bank they tell me that they have no record of a decline and so there’s nothing to be done. When I call GoPro, they tell me it’s a bank issue but my bank says it’s a GoPro issue... 🤔 I’ve been at it for almost a week now and no answers.

@foggypike04805, @grayvista62578, please try to resubmit your order online through gopro.com, however before you do so, please ensure that your billing information is accurate with your bank or you may want to try using a different card.

there are so many customer meet this problem? Stop your robbot reply doing bug fixing ASAP!!
