The battery is not the problem, since I have the gopro h7 since November and it worked fine, then updated and kept working well, until yesterday, I was consumed in 1 hour the full battery, the quickcapture was activated, so I placed another battery and the same thing happened, after 1 hs I no longer had more load, I only managed to record 3 videos of 1 minute approx.
Clarify that previously always use quickcapture and the battery lasted all afternoon or all day.

Since the issue persists despite performing recommended troubleshooting steps, it would be best to get in touch with our Support team so they can assist you with the next steps. With multiple batteries having issues with the same camera, with the camera working fine prior to the update, we can say that the firmware or the camera could be faulty but we would like to make sure that we isolate the source of the trouble, specially that these are not observed in all camera units. Yo tambien tengo el mismo problema... la bateria pasa del 100% al 0% sin hacer nada estando apagada y con todos los comandos desactivados, tengo dos baterias originales y en las dos tengo el mismo problema, mi tarjeta es una Extreme Pro microSDXC 128GB compatible con Gopro segun... Esto es una verguenza
