Problème caméra HERO 8 BLACK NEUVE

Bonjour,

 

Je viens de recevoir un GOPRO HERO 8 BLACK, depuis que j'ai effectué la mise à jour de la camera, elle demarre et prends des photos avec un bip  sans s'arréter mais je ne peux en aucun cas accéder au menu et donc à l'ecran tactile. De plus elle refuse de se connecté au wifi. Quand elle y arrive, l'application me  redemande une mise a jour que je réalise de nouveau, et retour à la situation de depart.

 

J'ai retiré la batteie, changer de carte memoire , maintenu le bouton marche/arret pendant 11 secondes, rien.

 

Dois je demandé un remplacement.

Hello @regisp138. Make sure that a recommended SD card is used for your camera. Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause issues like freezing as the card isn't fast enough to write the content, the camera getting hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card. 
 
Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229 

 
Additionally, performing a factory reset in the camera may help.
