Poor customer experience and service

I have placed an order one week ago. It seems lost. Called UPS as I recieved shipping confimation via email...They state shipping has not been handed over to them from GoPro! however I recieved email from Gopro of shipping submission and email from UPS that delivery will happen next day so please be home or redirect shipment. Order placed 8 jan, confirmation from UPS 9 jan with stated delivery 10 jan. today it is 16 jan and shipment has not yet arrived. And I am not able to contact support for help through email, chat or phone as it is closed (it is business hours in sweden now and I used the swedish number - also I have GoPro Plus so chat should be available 24 hours it is stated on homepage)

Please advice.

I did exactly ALL what you suggest in terms of contacting your support team to reach out witout any success in any of the touchpoints you mentioned.
