Play recorded videos in PC

When I play recorded videos in my PC on windows media, every 20 seconds a small subtle interference appears. How do I prevent this from happening? The videos I record are in 1440x30 in my hero 7 black. My OS is Windows10 AMD ryzen 7.

You can try VLC video player.

Also, is Windows Media player running on your integrated or dedicated graphics card? You should try both.
