Placed an order, received it, still have not been charged

I placed an order a week ago and received it today. However, looking at my bank account, I still have not been charged. Is this typical? 

 

I contacted customer support which wasn't helpful. They are referring the case to another department and said they would be in touch over email, but no other explanation was given.

Thank you for reaching out. Good to know that you have already been in touch with Support. The representative may have referred the case to the BIlling team for further check. Please regularly check on your email for updates. You can also monitor the charge status with your bank.
