Pesimo Servicio Postventa Gopro españa

En septiembre devolvi mi camara Black hero 4 porque entraba agua en la pantalla  frontal,en garantia se supone que me devolvian una, fue enviada a su central en Holanda,pues bien despues de tres meses continuo sin mi camara ya que no hacen la devolucion correcta,les falta documentacion en el paquete como el DNI o la factura para que aduanas no la retenga...hablo semalmanente con la asistencia tecnica y me dice "estamos trabajando en ello"...

 

No se que hacer, ya que no hay un departamento al que emitir una queja formal, he iniciado los tramites para una denuncia formal en  la oficina del consumidor.

 

Mi caso es el 0517468***
