Try removing the protective lens then replace it.

Entiendo que es normal entonces, es un protector que se puede quitar y poner. Yo pensaba que era una pieza fija y que debía ir sellada para que no entre el agua.

Pero si es normal me quedo tranquilo.

Os comento:
Hoy he probado la gopro y no he visto que haya hecho nada raro.
La he actualizado manualmente.
Me dio algún problema para conectar el iPhone, pero hice reset de la cámara y ahora funciona.
El problema viene a la hora de la carga. Lleva mucho rato cargando y no alcanza el 100%. Se queda en el 99% y no pasa al 100%. Al quitar el cable de la corriente se han quedado los Leds rojos encendidos y he tenido que quitar y poner batería.

¿Qué está pasando con gopro?. ¿Que despropósito es este?.

En menos de un mes he tenido dos cámaras y de momento, muy insatisfecho con la compra.

Estoy por devolver la 7 y seguir con la HERO 4.

¿Alguno sabe que le pasa?

Se entiende entonces que es un problema de software y que Gopro lo conoce.

Sin embargo, la primera gopro HERO 7 que tuve hace poco, la cual fue devuelta por defectuosa, cargaba hasta el 100% perfectamente. Ya luego la cámara hacía cosas muy extrañas, pero si cargaba al 100%.

Y ahora la nueva, que funciona aparentemente bien, no carga al 100%.

Desde luego, Gopro no está haciendo las cosas nada bien.

Comentar que desde ayer tengo una nueva cámara Gopro Hero 7. Aún no la he abierto.
Es la tercera cámara que tengo en menos de un mes.
LA verdad es que ya me da algo de mal rollo probar la cámara. Tengo que rezar para que salga bien.
¿Qué pasa GOPRO?.

La batería no es fabricada por GoPro. Hay dos fabricantes que desarrollan batteires para GoPro. Muchos de los miembros aquí han realizado pruebas exhaustivas con las dos baterías diferentes y han determinado que existe una diferencia de comportamiento entre las dos cuando se usan por primera vez. Después de unos pocos agotamientos de la batería y ciclos de recarga, ambos parecen funcionar igual.

GoPro lanzará una nueva versión del firmware en diciembre que ayudará a resolver la discrepancia de la batería, así como otros problemas menores.
