POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

I ordered my gopro hero 5 black during Black Friday sale dated 24-11-2017 whose order id is SO-2472836 and the payment was successfully done by credit card and the order was supposed to be deliver in Ann Arbor, Michigan within 2 days of the order but till now i haven't got any update nor my gopro even after so many days, I tried contacting your customer care in India and in U.S but even after N number of attempts the result is nothing your customer care executives in India are not havent answered my call at all even after staying online for 20mins and your US customer executives were not even helpful and just told me that there is a problem with the billing department we cant do anything and then they could not even connect me to the billing team even after so many attempts and staying on line for more than 15 mins every time, after that i didn't even got any call back from the billing department.
I am really pissed now from your unprofessional attitude which is troubling me a lot , i an so worried about my money , this kind of service is very unlikely and is not accepted under any circumstances whatsoever .
this is leading me a very bad experience and an image of the company which nobody likes . Now i hear by request you to put some light into this matter and take an immediate action against it and deliver the product within this week otherwise i wont be there to accept the order and if you cannot deliver it till then please initiate the refund for my order and will never buy it again in future until you update your customer support service.
 
i am also attaching the screenshots of my call details to let you know that how much time i have wasted to contact you and how much troubled i am in this situation.

sorry to hear your having trouble, however i'm afraid this is a public forum thats only hosted by GoPro. Although several admin are GoPro employee's, they have no access to the sales/ordering system.

 

my first call would be to your credit card & get the payment cancelled/refunded. Personally I would then try again & be straight onto GoPro chat with the information to see if they can track the order & see its progress

I think the support chat is hilarious. First you get to talk to a bot. Then when you finally get a person, they have the English grammar of a middlegrader.Wouldn't be so hilarious if it weren't for that they sign every e-mail with an over-the-top American-sounding name that's as fake as the gender it purports.
