Oxidação Hero 5 [ New ]

Bom dia,

Comprei a minha gopro Hero 5 em 2017 e por ela ser a prova d'água, usava sem capinha. 

Após o uso sempre lavei com água doce, porém ela está oxidando e tenho muita dificuldade de abrir para carregar. 

Por isso, já tem um tempo que não utilizo. 

O que devo fazer?

So long as all camera doors are closed, the HERO5 Black/Session is waterproof down to 10m (33ft) without a housing.
While water damage is usually not covered by the warranty, let our Support Team take a look at what happened.
