Hoping someone from GO Pro will contact me! Placed a trade up order over a month ago. Called numerous times with no resolution, order has been pending for weeks. They received the trade in camara. Call center is USELESS!!!
leaving on vacation with no GO Pro, going to buy an Osmo!
Trade up program SUCKS!!!

sucks when you make plans like that and all a person here can do is tell you they reached out to the people you are trying to get in touch with and you are already on vacation Post back of the OSmo trip

The fulfillment provider of your GoPro order is currently experiencing a system outage, which may delay the delivery and status of your GoPro order. Sorry to hear about the order issue, @scottnwater. It has been so long and we still do not have an update. We have checked with Support and we see that the case is still waiting a response from the Orders team. We will keep you posted.
