Outstanding delivery

Hello, team.

I urgently expect the delivery of GoPro8 from the Trade Up program. The old camera arrived in NL on 06.01.2020 and there is no shipping status yet.
I am going on holiday on 24.01. and if I had known that the delivery would not be within the guaranteed time I would not have sold my GoPro7 yet.

I am disappointed.

Please make sure that the camera arrives on time.

The support has limited contact times and maybe this is a hint for those who rely on GoPro and then get disappointed.

Maybe someone from GoPro is reading this and finally someone is reacting.

You need to contact UPS about this since your camera is now in their hands. 

 Any delays or non movement of your shipment is now a UPS issue.

The old camera was delivered on 6th January.
