Is anyone else having issues with shipping right now?
I ordered and paid for a new Hero8 on the 22nd May, I got an email with order conformation and a tracking number 2 days later but when I track the parcel it says ready for collection and has not been collected. I know there may be some delays due to this pandemic so I have only contacted support 3 times in 3 weeks to chase this up but each time I get told I will get an email update later that day with expected delivery date but Ive yet to get any response from Gopro and my patience is running out.
