I'm in the same situation as you are.
I ordered a GoPro Hero 8 Black on the 29.10.2019 and today, after 3 days of chatting with the support, I had to request the order to be cancelled.
What's really strange is that a couple of days before requesting the order to be cancelled, the sum which initially appeared as pending, seems to be back in my account, even though I didn't request my bank to decline/revert the transaction.
Ordered Mine yesterday and order status shows shipped today with a tracking number that hasn't been scanned yet so I assume it will start moving soon. So far so good.
Orders older than one week ore more are left to rot while newly placed orders are processed immediately and shipped the next day.
