Ordered GoPro 7 Black on 3.25.19. Still not shipped. Made 10+ calls to customer service

so I placed my order for my hero gorpo 7 on 3.25.19. It was the trade in program where I sent in my Hero HD. GoPro Received my camera on 4.10.19. Since then, I called every 2 days. Today it's 4.29.19. Still no signs of my Hero 7. They tell me every time "it's not in our hand. The warehouse has to process. They will send your gopro". Same thing.. over and over and over. "we will put a special attention to your order for the warehouse." Nothing happens. They warned me if I cancel my order, they WILL NOT send my gopro hd hero back. I needed this camera like two weeks ago! I honestly don't know what to do ...
