Order status?

Placed an order for the new GoPro hero 8 2 weeks ago today. No contact from GoPro having sent my GoPro hero 3 away on the trade up initiative. Can I have an order update please?

Welcome to the club. Coming up on 3 weeks for mine. I haven't even gotten the label to ship mine back yet.

Jesus! I got my label as soon as I ordered! Sent it and nothing? Still waiting for the money to come out of account is a nightmare!!

Since we've already contacted them once, I'll be contacting them again.  I know no one will be there over the Thanksgiving holidays, if I don't call tomorrow, I'll call next week.  But like I said, this will be the second time I'll be talking to them.  The first time, I was assured that everything was fine...
