Order status and no email invoice received.

I have not received an order invoice email from my order I placed this past Wednesday afternoon around 1pm EST. I did see an order number that popped up on your order website that said I will be receiving an email shortly. That was 2 days ago. What is going on with your orders and why is there no email sent after the order is placed? Don't want to reorder if this order was placed which would create a double order.

Please check your spam forlder.

Just in case you really can't find the order confirmation, it would be best to contact GoPro customer support so that they could verify.

Yes did that Jay.  Not in spam folder order just was lost after contacting customer support.  Had to reorder.  All is good new order email received with invoice, etc.  Thanks.
