Order never sent & issues getting a refund

Placed an order through gopro store with 3 day express shipping on the 19th of July - received confirmation email. 

After goods not received 7 days later contacted gopro and was informed that the order was never even dispatched, but no explination could be given as to why. 

Followed up 3 more times and was given the same answer. 

Asked to cancell my order and get a refund - was told that a refund would not be necessairy as the funds were only pre-authorised and would be released. 


Contacted Gopro again to tell them that the funds had been validated asking for a refund and no response. 


It is frustrating that I have now had to refer this issue to my bank who will dispute the transaction on my behalf. 

Terrible customer service, they have no idea what is going on. 

Have wasted so much time trying to resolve this issue. 

First and last time I try to purchase from gopro.
