Order delay almost 1 month.

I have a replacement order from June 3 and it is still pending without any change, I have communicated numerous times with customer service and every time they give a different excuse. the current one is the outage since it's been almost a month this is unacceptable they should learn to treat their clients

It looks like they are NOT fulfilling orders for brand new cameras either. Hmmm. I'm also waiting weeks for my two replacement cameras.

Well, im really tired of this eternal waiting... ¿the DCA can do something in this cases? Cause this is too much ....

Im just thinking in buying osmo action and forget about my gopro..
