I ordered mine on 16/6. Got the usual emails about delay, then last week back on line and 'you should expect to receive your order within a few days.' quote.
Still nothing...just got of from live chat to be told that only today have they processed my trade up (which they recieved on 20/6) and they SHOULD be sending out my Hero7 black by next week.
Luckily in not in a hurry. But I must say their customer service and communication for a large global company is truely appauling.
If they know of the problem why were we not advised from the begining. If they had said yes we are still doing trade up but have an issue it may take X weeks then the pages of GoPro chat would not be full of extremly dissatisfied customers!!!
