One week in and 30 days before vacay

I purchased this hero7 silver as we are taking the grandchildren on vacation ! We went to try it out and before even getting out of the car it got extremely hot and now won’t even power on 😡 spoke to someone over seas who was not helpful . I explained please tell me how to send it back for a replacement and her answer was sorry ma’am you won’t get a new one for about 6 weeks !!!! Please help !!

You could try taking it back to your place of purchase if you have kept the receipt.  They may be willing to swap out the unit for another one if they have stock.
