On screen buttons not working Go Pro 7 B

I'm trying to delete and when I am trying to tap it, it simply does not register. I factory restore my phone and I know it's not the touch screen because when I went to delete it, the screen gave the tip like it does when you press any button for the first time. So after it gave me the tip, I tried again to delete and it just won't register. The only thing that register is the fast forward.

I can delete from my phone though.

Hello @bikemivie. Do you mean that you are not able to delete files as they show individually on the camera screen (with the delete icon on the lower left portion of the screen)? Or is it through the phone in the app that you are not able to delete. Restart both the phone and the camera then try again and see if the feature works this time. HOpe to hear back from you.

It's not registering my tap. So you may think the digitizer is broken but it's not. Because when I factory restarted the phone and went to delete it, I tapped on it and the tip bubble opened. Then I tapped it again and it just eating register that I'm taping on the delete button. NOTHING HAPPENS

I just left it alone for hours and it's back working
