Thanks Jeff, got it now.. although got a little annoyed at GoPro chat support when they said 48hours.. esp after the wait for the Omni :-)
Just updated all the firmware in the cameras, and will do some testing tomorrow.. we have been using 10 camera rigs for a while.. so looking forward to the simplified workflow on the genlocked rig with 6 cameras :-)

@Anonymous - 48 hours is the absolute outside. Since it's a manual review, there could be a time when we're out of the office for that long (holiday weekends, etc.) and though we've never taken anywhere near that long, it's possible in a perfect storm that that could happen.
Have fun with the Omni.

While my Omni registration only took a day, I've been waiting ten days for GoPro to send me the Kolor stitching software that was part of the bundle I purchased when I bought the Omni. I've called customer support and emailed daily, I'm told "soon soon" and still nothing. In the meantime I ended up using my old 360 rig because GoPro couldn't deliver on their repeated to promises to send the the software key. Beyond frustrated. I'll be returning the Omni if I still can't get the key by tomorrow. Good product but an absolute failure in customer service.

Hi together. I just received my Omni (all inclusive) package, but I´m missing all the information how to get (and to register) Kolor or how I could access to this special OMNI-support site here... It isn´t that easy... If anyone would help me, thanks in advance, Rene

@Anonymous - The registration keys for the Kolor software are going to be sent to you by a separate email. You should get them within a couple of days.
To get to the Omni section of the Support Hub where you can get the latest firmware and latest updates, there's instructions on how to register in the kit you got with the Omni. If you can't find it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll help you out.
