So my camera's screen just stopped working and GoPro told me to send the receipt and I would get a new camera, but when I sent the receipt a different GoPro person told me I would only get 20 per cent off a new camera. I read that they were replacing all cameras with this default because it was a defect. Has anyone else experienced different messages from GoPro like this?
