I want to cancel my order! How do I do that as a mater of urgency?

Have been trying to get ahold of the for 2 days! I want to cancel my order. The customer service is atrocious! Please cancel my order - Order Number: MU-00609364

 

I want to cancel it because it simply is not going to arrive in the specified time and it is required urgently! Your social media page proves this.

What is slightly? The responses and what I am reading, is weeks upon weeks worth of waiting! This is not slightly longer. Your online system says 5 minutes approx wait time. Slightly longer would be up to 30 minutes. I submitted a support request 24 hours ago. Im sorry but i do not have any understanding. Its appaling.
