Not what I expected...

So long story short, we're selling our house and after I spent quite a bit of time getting the scene right, I recorded it and opened it up on my computer.  The attached image is the image of what my picture is.  Any idea why it looks that way?  It's all scrunched together.  I'm using GOPro VR Player.

ANYONE who can help ASAP - would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Chris

Re: Not what I expected...

Not sure what you mean by ""all scrunched together", all I see is a fish eye image as a result of using a 360 degree camera to shoot a photo.  It also looks like it's cropped as it's not the whole 360 image.

Have you tried zooming out or adjusting the FOV?

If you have issues, you may be better off using the GoPro app to export a photo.
