Thanks, and I really appreciate your help.  But this is getting frustrating.  The items in questions are still in the app.  So i deleted from the list who had previously sent, but they are still not uploading to the cloud.

 

On top of that, I just realized I have a bunch more videos on my device that have not transfered to the app or the cloud.  When the app refreshes it says there is not new media to upload.  This shouldnt be this difficult.

Hello, @lime77. Try signing out of your account in the GoPro App and sign back in. You may also toggle Mobile Upload from on to off then back on. See if this makes any difference. 

 

If not, will you be able to send us a screenshot of what you get on the app, indicating which media (photo or video) are not getting uploaded? Thanks!
