I have not received an e-mail with my order dated May 25th 2019 under the TradeUp program for sending a trade-in digital machine

To date I have not yet received any mail. Yesterday I contacted the Italian customer service, they found that, due to some anomaly, no e-mail was sent with instructions and return label and that they would try to solve.
However, 1 euro was taken from my credit card
