Not able to start GoPro [ New ]

Hi

After battery drainage of GoPro hero session 5. I am not able to start my GoPro I did try few things like resetting GoPro but it's not working even when I am charging the red light is not appearing.
Please assist.

Hi @boldflame57583, 

Please try to leave it charging for about an hour. 

If that won't work try to use other cable if you have. 

If issue persist please contact GoPro Customer Support.
