But theres one thing that bothers me
Every time I record a video there's a chance I get a video with a lot of noises (not the outdoor noises) the noise is like recording beside a construction plan
Or some times the video just went very laggy and kind of like slow motion
Please help I will be aboard recently and I don't wanna come back with crappy videos like this

What are you using to playback your videos? Can you load a couple of raw videos to youtube or vimeo and post them here so we can see/hear what you are talking about? Please be sure to include all of your settings (Resolution, POV, frame rate, Protune on/off, if on: ISO min max, wb, shutter, color, protune audio, stabilization on/off, audio profile: wind reduction/stereo/auto).
Also, what SD card are you using (make/model/size)?

Don't think it's anything about the mic
The noise just randomly happens and when it does the entire clip is noisy

It sounds like there's something funky with the gain. Try contacting Support and seeing if they can help.

Well I got my GoPro Hero 6 yesterday and let me tell you video quality is awesome compare to the Chinese Crap 4K camera, this GoPro is one of a kind, in regard your NOISE or Grain Check your ISO for the video maybe you have it too high 1600 the sweet spot is 800 ISO Sharpness MEDIUM I edit it with Premiere Pro CC 2018 with Slow Motion at 45% and Reverse is smooth as butter I'm testing with different VIDEO Mode my computer will accept 1080p 60fps not all mode will work on your computer if you miss match Video Res with FPS the GoPro will turn off it will not support just play around with different RES and find the FPS to match than you will be OK. Good Luck.
