Arargon, Issue is, I tried live chat 5 times yesterday, and after being "1" in the queue, it then changes and says there's no staff, try later. Is this going to be an issue going forward ? Otherwise I might consider a refund and getting a DJI Pocket 2.

Paul, this is the way GoPro operate :(

vote with your wallet and get the refund (ps- good luck getting it processed. guess which department needs to initiate it for you ;))

the empty words of the people on this forum do not have any weight on the actions of the company, nor the response time/result of the billing, development, tech support areas of the business.
