No puedo abrir el chat [ New ]

Hola, estoy intentando contactar con soporte por que al conectar el usb a la go pro hero 9 para usar la webcam me dice usb conected pero no sincroniza la webcam i solo sale eso de usb conected, ya encendi el programa en el ordenador y nada.

Al contactar con soporte me pone chat is currently unavailable for you

 por que? compre la suscripcion y la go pro.. me parece un error grave que salga ese error al contactar con soporte.

Es interesante porque ayer me paso lo mismo y tuve que usar una vpn para que me metieran en el soporte de estados unidos, ahi si me dejo abrir el chat.

Esto ya es el colmo, intento enviar el mensaje y me sale "Corrija los errores resaltados e inténtelo de nuevo." cuando no hay nada en rojo mas que ese mensaje. 

Se que me direis borra cookies pero de verdad que aún asi que ocurran estas cosas sin mas es preocupante.

Hello, @andresg010. If chat does not work, you may submit a callback request. If you get the Captcha error or any error, try using a different device (computer or mobile phone). Clear cache on your browser, use a different browser or an incognito browser.

Hello, the problem is that my phone is broken and i am using skype numbers, i can call us and spain numbers however i cant recieve calls.

Please tell me how can i start the chat, i tried in incognito and it says the same

When reaching out to Support,  please ensure that you are not blocking cookies and have your pop-up blocker disabled.

Yes, and check this out.

I used a different email which isnt linked to go pro and instead of showing chat isnt available for u it said i wasnt in the support hours.

What i understand by this is that my account cant acess live chat for some reason. If it was normal it would display the same message as the other email.

Please tell me how can i strart live chat with us not spain, its what i did yesterday idont know how but i did acess US live chat.
