No order found after payment went through

I've ordered a hero 7 black and accessories two days ago. The transaction went through, and I received a confirmation email that my order had been placed. I then checked my order status and after entering the correct information I keep receiving the "no order found" message. I'm very concerned as this was a huge expense for me. The express delivery was also already selected on my checkout and I couldn't unselect it. But all that means to me now is that I've been forced to pay extra fo a service that I've not received. Please don't make me regret this purchase, this has set me back a lot and I'm very upset that it's been for nothing.

sadly support doesen't know either. i just asked. i'm waiting for a return and a super suit. i was told i'll just have to wait for a mail...
