No media/SD card Full

Hi, i used my Gopro 9 few days ago then tried to download the files from my phone apps because the SD card is full, i saw all the the videos that i captured, suddendly when i tried to download one of the video says failed then disappear the download. When i tried it again to check my videos it says NO MEDIA. Tried to connect to the computer same story, tried also to factory reset but nothing happend after.

Sorry to hear about the lost files.

You may reach out to the SD card manufacturer to check on recovery options.

 

Regarding the camera, please make sure that it is on the latest software version.

If you haven't yet, it will be best to run a manual update.

What SD card are you using?

Where did you try to download the video?

Have you tried checking the files on a computer using an SD card adapter?

In my phone Gopro apps where i usually using every time i downloading videos and yes i tried to used adapter.
