No link with PC desktop

Good evening,

I have a problem with my Hero session, when i link with PC and I run the QUIK app the camera didn't connect with the program. I haven't the possibility to see the contents on the cameras.

How I can resolve it?

Your best option is to just use a USB/SD adapter and insert the card directly into your computer.

You can also try reinstalling your device drivers.
Also, try running the trouble shooting program found in this article
