No enciende la pantalla de Hero 7black

Hola, quisiera que me ayuden a resolver este problema tan incómodo. Mi cámara está funcionando de lo más normal pero ma pantalla posterior se mantiene apagado, incluso su táctil funciona pero no puedo ver las configuraciones ni lo que grabo. Ayudenme por favor
