No confirmation email after order placed

I have ordered the GOPRO HERO 9 BUNDLE plus one battery last night (23/11/2020, Hong Kong Time around 20:45), but I cannot receive any confirmation email until now. The credit card has been charged. I would like to know my order is in process? I tried to contact your support but it always shows busy..........Thanks for your help.

I am currently experiencing the same thing. Placed my order for the HERO9 bundle yesterday during business hours, but havent received an official order confirmation yet, and the money stated as "reserved" my account. 
But I got an confirmation for the subscription right away.. 
I would really like to know whats going on with my order as well @GoPro ??

We tried to locate the order using the email address on your Hub profile.

Is there a chance you may have used a different email?

Just Got an Update. You have cancelled my order that included The subscription!!!!


Problem is I bought The bunde, and you have charged me 449 DKK for The subscription, which is now useless to me!

I demand a refund for the subscription, which was bought as a part of The bundle package. If you Could accept payment for the subscription-part, why not The camera-part, that was what i wanted?

Annoyed regards
