No answer from the store I bought

Hi, I bought GoPro Hero 7 silver from Media Markt Innsbruck and sent them email after finding out there is freezing problem many times. Unfortunately, they never respond my email. How can I get refund? What should I do? I'm traveling in Europe, away from Innsbruck. This freezing problem makes me failure to record my ski touring trip to Norway. Useless!

Sorry to hear that you are having such issues with your camera, this is obviously not the type of experience GoPro wants their customers to have.

 

Please make sure that you are using one of the recommended memory cards in your camera, you can check the list here:

https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations

 

You can also try to manually reflash the firmware on your camera as this usually helps solve the types of issue you're describing, you can find full instructions here:

https://gopro.com/update

 

Should the above tips fail to work and you are still having issues, please contact GoPro customer support directly and they will do what they can to help out.

Please note, regardless of where you buy your camera from, your camera is still covered by any applicable GoPro warranty and/or gaurantee's.  Best of luck and hopefully you get things sorted.

Problem you have  is you and the store.   that is where you must resolve your Personal  Issue.  If you want an Exchange  and can wait three weeks what  you need to do is call and discuss to  a rep  at GoPro.

 

 you did not give your funds to GoPro so why ask GoPro for funds?   might as well give me commission for answering (wink)
