No Label sent for the trade in program

Is anyone else having issues with getting the e-mail with the pre-paid label for the trade-in program?

I ordered a Hero 8 Black 24 hours ago and never got the label/e-mail.  Yes, I checked "my junk".

GoPro processes orders during normal business hours, so it just might not have been done yet. If give it until end of day tomorrow and if you don't get anything (along with your primary mailbox, make sure you check Social, Promotion, and Spam), then contact GoPro via chat. Make sure you ask them to send you the lable and RMA forms. You should get a total of three emails 1) Confirmation of the order 2) RMA form 3) Shipping label
